We're planning a unique and exciting event for the Summer of 2010. As a member of one of the FIRST FIVE graduating classes of HS West, you are invited to join us to reconnect with old friends and new, as we reunite with members of the classes with whom we shared our years at HS West. Some of our retired teachers will join us for what promises to be a memorable weekend!

On Saturday night the Reunion Dinner will offer the opportunity to spend time with members of your own class AND the people you saw at the bus stop and remember from clubs, teams, shows & extra-curricular activities. There will be music, photos, memories and more!

Then join us on Sunday morning for a continental breakfast in a special venue......HS West! Bring your family to see where you went to school, tour the school to see how it has evolved & changed since you left, and visit the Faculty Room to see portraits of all of the school's retired teachers.

The entire weekend will be filled with wonderful memories and lots of fun. Don't miss it!

Reunion Dinner - $100 per person
Includes a sumptuous dinner, buffet, Cash Bar, DJ and a copy of the Reunion Yearbook.

Reunion Breakfast - $20 per adult / $10 per child (12 & under)
Includes a continental breakfast, tour of HS West facility to see new additions to the school, and access to the Faculty Room to see retired teachers' photos. Bring your family....children 12 & under are 1/2 price.

Reunion Photo CD - $20
Includes all candid & group photographs taken at the Reunion by our professional photographer.

Reunion Yearbook - $15
If you are not able to join us, you can order a copy of the Reunion Yearbook which will include contact information for your classmates. (includes shipping)

Hotel Rooms - A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Huntington Hilton for Friday, July 30 & Saturday, July 31 at the discounted rate of $135 per night, plus tax, if you book by June 30, 2010. "Before & After" Photos - A highlight of the Reunion Dinner will be a video montage of "Before & After" Photos. To be included, please email a past and/or current photo that you would like to be included in the montage to Risa@EclecticEventsInc.com with your full name (including maiden name) & class year on or before July 15. You can share photos of yourself, your family and/or your days at HS West.

Please note that Eclectic Events, Inc. reserves the right to select the photos included in the montage and that by submitting photographs you authorize and grant Eclectic Events, Inc. the full right to use the image in the montage.
